Important: Your public portfolio contains only the information and work samples you choose to publish. Résumé files, GCash proofs, wallet records, quiz answers, and private drafts are not displayed publicly.
1. Who controls your data
Proofolyo is powered by CrownCrew, owned and operated by LRGSM. LRGSM is the personal information controller for data processed through proofolyo.work. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, sign-in identifier, reserved portfolio username, role, location, skills, Messenger link, and profile settings.
- Portfolio content: résumé files, extracted résumé text, biographies, services, project descriptions, work samples, external links, and files you upload.
- Marketplace information: template files, previews, listing details, purchases, seller proceeds, and license records.
- Payment and wallet information: GCash reference numbers, payment proof images, requested amount, wallet balance, approvals, purchases, refunds, and adjustments. We do not ask for or store your GCash PIN.
- Learning information: quiz answers, scores, role track, roadmap progress, and recommended next steps. These are private by default.
- Technical information: device, browser, access logs, IP address, security events, and service usage needed to operate and protect the platform.
3. How we use information
We use data to create and maintain accounts; convert résumé content into editable portfolio sections; host public portfolios and work samples you publish; provide permanent portfolio URLs; send portfolio visitors to the Messenger link you choose to publish; operate the template marketplace and peso wallet; review GCash top-ups; calculate seller earnings; save quizzes and roadmap progress; prevent abuse; provide support; improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. Proofolyo does not receive or store the contents of Messenger conversations.
4. Link sharing and private information
Your portfolio is shared through its unique link. Proofolyo does not offer a public member directory or a member-name search. We request that search engines do not index portfolio pages, but anyone who receives a link may open and forward it. Drafts, original résumé files, payment proofs, wallet data, private quiz answers, and admin records remain restricted. You can remove published work samples or ask to close your portfolio.
5. Our basis and privacy principles
We process personal data to provide the service you request, carry out transactions, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate platform interests, and, where required, based on your consent. We aim to follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.
6. Service providers and disclosure
We may use vetted hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, security, and support providers that process data for us. We may also disclose data when required by law, to prevent fraud or harm, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Proofolyo does not sell personal data. Users cannot message, comment on, follow, or view another user’s private account data.
7. Storage and retention
Account and portfolio data is kept while your account is active. Deleted public content may remain in backups or search caches for a limited time. Financial, wallet, marketplace, moderation, and security records may be retained as necessary for dispute handling, legitimate business purposes, or legal obligations. Data no longer required is deleted or de-identified using reasonable safeguards.
8. Security
We use access controls, authenticated admin actions, restricted storage, encrypted transport, validation, logging, and least-privilege practices designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a secure account and never upload confidential client information without authorization.
9. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed, access your data, correct inaccurate data, object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, request erasure or blocking, obtain portable data, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. 10. Children
Proofolyo is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child’s personal data has been submitted.
11. Changes and contact
