1. Accepting these terms
Proofolyo is powered by CrownCrew, owned and operated by LRGSM. By creating an account, paying for activation, uploading content, purchasing or selling a template, or otherwise using Proofolyo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Account and portfolio activation
Portfolio activation costs ₱99 as a one-time registration fee. It includes access to the five standard Proofolyo templates, a reserved unique portfolio link, résumé conversion tools, work-sample uploads, and ongoing portfolio updates while the service remains available. There is no recurring portfolio subscription under this offer. Your link is for you to share directly; it may not be sold, transferred, or used to impersonate another person or business.
3. Public portfolio responsibility
You control what you publish and are responsible for its accuracy. Do not publish confidential client information, personal data of another person without authority, misleading credentials, unlawful content, malware, or material that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights. Proofolyo may unpublish or remove content that creates legal, security, or trust risks.
4. Résumé conversion and quizzes
Automated conversion, quiz scores, roadmaps, and recommendations are assistance tools. You must review generated portfolio content before publishing it. Proofolyo does not guarantee employment, clients, income, quiz accuracy, or that a recommendation is appropriate for every role.
5. GCash and the Proofolyo peso wallet
Wallet loads are available as ₱50, ₱100, or ₱150 GCash payments. A ₱1 transaction fee is deducted from every wallet load: ₱50 paid credits ₱49, ₱100 paid credits ₱99, and ₱150 paid credits ₱149. Users submit a GCash payment reference and proof for admin review. The balance is a closed-loop service credit for purchases inside Proofolyo; it is not cryptocurrency, e-money, interest-bearing value, or a bank deposit. It cannot be transferred between user accounts or used for direct user-to-user payments. Approval may be refused when a payment cannot be verified.
6. Marketplace purchases
Approved marketplace templates have a creator price of ₱59 or ₱99. Proofolyo adds a ₱1 transaction fee, so the buyer pays and deducts ₱60 or ₱100 total from their wallet. The creator receives the base ₱59/₱99 amount and Proofolyo retains the ₱1 fee. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the buyer’s own Proofolyo portfolio. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or copy a purchased template into another marketplace listing.
7. Selling templates
Sellers must own or have sufficient rights to every submitted design, file, font, image, and other asset. Listings require admin approval. Seller proceeds, any disclosed service deduction, payout eligibility, verification requirements, and GCash payout schedule will be shown in the seller dashboard. Proofolyo may reject, remove, or suspend listings that are copied, unsafe, misleading, incomplete, low quality, or infringing.
8. External contact, not social messaging
Proofolyo is not a social network. The service does not provide user-to-user messaging, comments, follows, feeds, or direct balance transfers. A portfolio owner may publish a Messenger link so outside leads, clients, and hiring teams can contact them through Meta’s service. Messenger conversations are outside Proofolyo and are subject to Meta’s terms and privacy practices. Template purchases are processed through Proofolyo rather than directly between users.
9. Payments, refunds, and corrections
The ₱99 registration fee is generally final once the account is activated, except where required by law or when Proofolyo cannot provide the paid service. Marketplace purchases are generally final once a template is made available. Contact support for duplicate charges, unauthorized activity, a materially defective file, or a balance error. Approved refunds are returned to the original method or Proofolyo balance as appropriate.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of portfolio content and templates you create. You grant Proofolyo the limited rights needed to store, process, display, resize, convert, and distribute content to operate the service and, for published content, show it at your portfolio URL. Proofolyo’s brand, software, standard templates, and platform materials remain protected and may not be copied or used outside the permissions provided.
11. Learning Library membership and protected materials
Where offered, the Proofolyo Learning Library is a separate paid membership. It may include written lessons, tools, resources, and occasional videos for personal learning inside Proofolyo. Library access is for the named account holder only. Membership does not transfer ownership of any lesson, resource, video, or platform material.
12. No recording, sharing, or redistribution
You may not copy, download where downloading is not offered, screen-record, capture for redistribution, reproduce, repost, resell, share access to, or make Learning Library material available outside Proofolyo. Protected materials may display a visible watermark linked to your account, such as your name or email address, to deter unauthorized sharing and help investigate misuse. You must not remove, obscure, alter, or bypass a watermark or access control. A breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of Library access and other appropriate action.
13. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or close accounts for fraud, payment abuse, infringement, harmful content, security threats, impersonation, repeated violations, or unlawful use. You may request account closure. We will handle remaining wallet value, seller proceeds, and retained transaction records according to applicable policy and law.
14. Availability and limitation
We aim to keep Proofolyo available and reliable, but the service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, Proofolyo is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, employment outcomes, marketplace income, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the service. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
